Uploaded/used images are either created for this web site, free to use or there is permission from the author. In general the images are not intended for reuse by third parties.
Attribution and crediting will be performed on best effort.
AI generated images will be marked as AI generated in the captions. The Name of the AI will be also included. If the AI used copyright images, then it is the AI responsibility to get the required copyrights. In general it is assumed that the AI plays fair. No additional checks will be performed for copyright.
For example- if Microsoft copilot generates an image, then Microsoft should take care of the paperwork. It is the same for other AI image generators (Chat GPT or whatever will be used). It is like buying bread from reseller store- the farm should take care of the grain quality (used seeds, pesticides, grain storage, etc.), the bakery should take care of the sanitary and process requirements and the reseler just provides the bread. The reseler does not check everything along the supply chain.

IP adress might be collected to ensure web page proper functioning and to block IPs or subnets.

How long we retain your data
If data is gathered (cookie or IP based) it is stored just as long as it is needed and is removed as soon as possible.

Users of the site are not allowed to submit data.
The IP and requester url information is retained just long enough to ensure the web crawlers are behaving properly and some of them get rejected by IP or subnet. If a user IP is blocked, the reason is not preserved. The block might be temporary or permanent (from few minutes up to years). If someone’s IP gets blocked- he/she can get new IP to get access. If subnet is blocked- change provider.
The page users have no data and no rights over the temporary data, that is cleaned up frequently or automatically expires after some time.
So plain text- the users have no rights.
Where your data is sent
In general the data is not send anywhere. If user navigates to external page, then the external landing page has it’s own data policies.
